• Blocks and fittings: Engineered and milled by aircraft parts manufacturer to tolerances of ±1/50,000. 100% CNC milling.
  
  
• Aluminum fins/inch: 18 - 19 fins per inch. Resulting in 15% faster and more efficient cooling when compared to competing brands.
  
  
• Copper tubes: Only No. 1 grade copper is used.
  
  
• Metal brackets: Jet coated. Sheet metal is coated with a thick layer of zinc. Superior paint adhesion compared with cold rolled electro galvanized.
  
  
• Paint: Water based semi-gloss enamel. Commercially mixed by the paint manufacturer. Highly resistant to peeling.
  
  
• Testing: 100% tested with high-pressure nitrogen.
  
  
• Development: 100% engineered and developed with OEM samples. All condensers designed on CAD and blueprinted prior to Job 1.
